Do you drop ship?   Yes, we drop ship to anywhere in Australia.

Estimated shipping times?   We ship to all Capital Cities and Regional areas in Australia.

The following estimated delivery times are applicable:

Sydney                            3 days

Melbourne/Adelaide    2 days

Brisbane                          5 days

Perth/Darwin/Hobart     6-8 days

Regional Areas              add 2-4days to each Capital City

How do I know it has been shipped?   We will send an email with your invoice on the day that it is shipped so you know it’s coming.  Weekend deliveries are not available.  The delivery dates are estimates only.  Remote deliveries are subject to local freight schedules and may take a little longer to be delivered.

How can I track my order?   The Consignment Number is included on your invoice that has been sent to you.  If you have not received your Invoice, it may mean that the order has not been dispatched as yet. Simply look up the website address and insert the consignment number to track your shipment.
